Solutions for streamlining traffic in Bucharest - expanding metro, public surface transport on Berlin model

The solution to streamlining road traffic in Bucharest is the extension of the metro and, at the same time, the efficient organization of public surface transport following the Berlin model, Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu, PSD president, said on Friday.
He gave an interview to the Romania TV station, while driving his car, during a walk through Bucharest, starting from the headquarters of the PSD.
"The solution is the extended metro and the organization of the public transport system. Berlin... very few Berliners use cars. People, managers get on public transport, it's the best system in Berlin. They build bridges, passageways", explained Ciolacu.
The prime minister added that he never used body guards when he moved around Bucharest.
