Bucharest Stock Exchange closes lower, BET index down 0.15%

The Bucharest Stock Exchange closed Wednesday's trading session lower, with trading of 41 million RON (8.24 million euros).
The most liquid shares were those of OMV Petrom, with 3.81 million RON traded, followed by Banca Transilvania shares, with 3.29 million RON, and Hidroelectrica, with 2.99 million RON.
The main index of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BET, which includes the 20 most traded companies listed on the Regulated Market, depreciated by 0.15%, to 17,004.88 points, and BET-Plus, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid shares, closed with a decrease of 0.12%.
The extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid stocks, recorded a decline of 0.27%, while the SIF index, BET-FI, closed down by 1.70%.
The BET-BK index, the benchmark for investment fund performance, depreciated by 0.33%, and the BET-NG index, which measures the performance of ten energy and utility companies, closed down by 0.08%.
The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, depreciated by 0.26%.
The best developments were recorded by AETA (+14.97%), Romcab (+14.78%) and Sinteza (+13.97%).
On the other hand, the most significant decreases were recorded by the shares of Mecanica Fina (-14.75%), STK Emergent (-12.40%) and UAMT (-8.93%). AGERPRES
